My best advice to someone trying to navigate mental illness, pain, or even just stress is to spend time making your bedroom or a place in your home, your haven. If that means spending extra to have a cute organizer or making sure your space is clean... do what you need to feel happy where you wake up and where you have to take all these damn meds.
